Set within a stunning 4,300 sqm wellness sanctuary on Morocco’s Mediterranean coast, the Medi‑Spa at Royal Mansour Tamuda Bay blends expert medical supervision with holistic luxury. Guests embark on personalised Longevity Programmes built around health diagnostics, nutrition, fitness, sleep, stress management and pleasure – a method inspired by Blue Zone living.
This personalised journey invites guests to explore the art of well-aging – a sophisticated immersion into health optimisation and deep regeneration.Treatments range from anti‑ageing facials and seaweed wraps to Ayurveda, acupuncture, Watsu and Vichy showers, delivered by multidisciplinary experts including doctors, naturopaths and therapists. With marble hammams, saline caves, sea‑view relaxation pools and bespoke rituals, every element invites deep renewal of body and mind.

In the Salt Cave (left) guests relax while breathing in salt-infused air. Salt particles are thought to help clear airways, reduce inflammation, and alleviate symptoms of conditions like asthma, bronchitis, eczema, allergies, and cystic fibrosis. On the right, a therapist performs a traditional hammam massage.
The Longevity Programme aims at awakening the body’s natural longevity mechanisms, all within the serene, sun-drenched embrace of the Mediterranean, with the majestic Rif Mountains as the backdrop. Guests can stay in suites or villas, either facing lush gardens or the sea, and let themselves be immersed in a slower pace of life, one that brings us closer to nature and ourselves.
The programme unfolds over a week, in carefully structured stages, from targeted detox to mind-body rebalancing.
Day one begins with a comprehensive series of assessments, including bloodwork, fitness and nutrition evaluations, emotional stress tests and sleep quality analysis – all supported by manual lymphatic drainage to kickstart the body’s cleansing process.
Day two focuses on revitalising the body’s vital functions through bespoke therapies, setting the foundation for enhanced resilience.
By day three, the emphasis shifts to restoring physical and emotional balance through practices such as acupuncture, Pilates reformer sessions and the deep visceral technique of chi nei tsang massage.

Among the medical treatments applied in the Longevity Programme we have Icoone (left), which uses laser to target excess fat, cellulite and sagging skin; and the Iono-Aktiv mask (right) which delivers highly concentrate oxygen ions to promote easier breathing and oxygenation of the blood, potentially reducing tiredeness and improving sleep.
Physical and mental strengthening define day four, with personal fitness coaching, mindfulness work and the rejuvenating benefits of the “marine trilogy” – a trio of seawater-based therapies.
As the week draws to a close, harmony and cellular repair take centre stage. Cryotherapy, manual lymphatic drainage, aqua yoga, holistic consultations and anti-cellulite treatments round out a programme rooted in both scientific rigour and sensory indulgence.
Prices start from MAD 55,000 per person (approx. £4,400, excluding accommodation). More information about the Royal Mansour Tamuda Bay Medi-Spa and its Longevity Programme, HERE.
