A Gourmet Weekend

Yoxman returns in 2024

It’s that time of year again for the epicurean treat of Yoxman. Those of you who don’t know what Yoxman is about, read on.

Following previous sell out events over the past two years, Yoxman, a one-of-a-kind event promises to deliver a gastronomic four-day treat. Essentially, it’s a long weekend with top chefs delivering Michelin-star dining experiences.

The event takes place at the amazing Wilderness Reserve in Suffolk. Set against the stunning backdrop of the 8,000-acre estate, the culinary extravaganza showcases exceptional food, drinks and entertainment hosted by six of the UK’s most acclaimed chefs, who have amassed 10 Michelin stars between them. Examples of the chefs that have cooked at Yoxman include Tom Aikens (Muse), consistently tipped as one of the hottest and most talented chefs today having been awarded two Michelin-stars by the age of 26; Raymond BlancOBE (Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons), who is acknowledged as one of the finest chefs in the world, and singled out with both an OBE from Britain and the equivalent of a knighthood from France; and Alex Dilling (Alex Dilling at Hotel Café Royal), an exceptionally accomplished chef who received two Michelin stars within six months of opening his 34-cover restaurant.

The summer 2024 edition of Yoxman is set to provide the ultimate foodie escape in the British countryside, with a line-up from the likes of James Knappett, chef patron and co-founder of two Michelin-starred restaurant Kitchen Table in Fitzrovia, London; Spaniard Nieves Barragan Mohacho, who will be cooking up a storm at the Sunday lunch and Woodland Fire Feast Experience; and Frenchman Claude Bosi, from Bibendum. Guests will enjoy a full weekend itinerary of culinary wizardry and countryside fun, showcasing the best the festival and Wilderness Reserve have to offer, including a gala dinner at the breath-taking Sibton Park Orangery, on Saturday evening.

Yoxman offers guests an extraordinary array of culinary experiences from Michelin-starred chefs.

Tickets include an array of culinary experiences, from breakfast & Bloody Mary’s to Fire Feasts, seasonal grazing lunches, lakeside dining and Michelin-star chef Q&As, all accompanied by live music and entertainment. More physical activities such as nature walks and wild swimming in the lakes are also available.

Complimentary wines and Champagne will be served throughout the weekend, and rumour has it that there will be some surprise cocktails (and coffee) from illy, one of the major sponsors of the event. Guests can also join very special masterclasses and tastings. Other partners of the event include The Balvenie, BMW, and Bamford. Apart from a dedicated Wilderness Reserve host throughout the weekend, the sponsors will be offering transport, daily stocked larders and fridges, and spa treatments that can be arranged on request for those that want to really unwind.
