The event takes place at the amazing Wilderness Reserve in Suffolk. Examples of the chefs that have cooked at Yoxman include Tom Aikens (Muse), consistently tipped as one of the hottest and most talented chefs today having been awarded two Michelin-stars by the age of 26; Raymond BlancOBE (Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons), who is acknowledged as one of the finest chefs in the world, and singled out with both an OBE from Britain and the equivalent of a knighthood from France; and Alex Dilling (Alex Dilling at Hotel Café Royal), an exceptionally accomplished chef who received two Michelin stars within six months of opening his 34-cover restaurant.
