Julia Pasarón

Editor-in-Chief

Julia cut her teeth in journalism with AFA Press in the late ‘90s. Eventually she decided to change bullets for bubbles and transitioned to lifestyle journalism. Besides her work at I-M Magazine, Julia is Editor of the Dubai-based luxury title Perpétuel and was the Editor of The Daily Mail’s Mail Luxury. As a contributor, she has written for Vanity Fair “On the Road”, Aston Martin Magazine, Oracle and several other media outlets in the UK and abroad.

She is passionate about watches, cars, horses and going off the beaten track.

Dr Andrew Hildreth

Andrew was fascinated with watches from a very early age. In fact, when other kids asked their parents if they could go to Disneyland, he asked to go to Switzerland instead. The list of his academic and professional achievements is enviable. He holds a Ph.D. on Econometrics from Cambridge University, is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Clockmakers, a Freeman of the City of London, a consultant to Christie’s, and an academy member of GPHG. Formerly Watch Editor at The Daily Mail’s Mail Luxury and Business Insider, he now juggles his job at I-M Magazine with being Deputy Editor of Perpétuel and contributing regularly to publications such as The Financial Times, Vanity Fair “On Time”, Revolution, The Rake, Hodinkee, WatchesbySJX, GQ and Esquire to mention but a few.

Linda Hunting

Linda spent several years working in luxury fashion and accessories in Australia and then added travel goods to the list in the UK working with the likes of Harrods, Selfridges and Harvey Nichols. She regularly writes about design and culture, travel, and epicurean content and has a keen interest in mid-century architecture. Since becoming a permanent fixture at I-M Magazine in 2019, she has contributed to both the online presence and print publication. As a contributor, she has also written for Daily Mail’s Mail Luxury. As a qualified lawyer, she has co-edited two academic publications, contributed to practitioner guidance, and written academic syllabus for universities.

James Rampton

Since graduating in Modern Languages from Oxford University, James has written 12 books. He was a Staff Feature Writer on The Independent for a decade. He has subsequently written travel features for I-M Magazine, The Daily Mail, The Week, The Independent, The Daily Express, The Sunday Post and The Scotsman. He is also a regular newspaper reviewer for Sky News, as well as chairing Q&As for Bafta, the BFI and the BBC.

Lisa is the author of Ryan is Ready For You Now, a celebrity journalism memoir, and a former Lecturer in Publishing at the University of Gloucester. Lavinia Dickson-Robinson

Lavinia is passionate about the arts, as is clear from her reviews of exhibitions and shows all over the world. She previously worked with fashion designer Laura Jamieson, interior designer John Parr at Colefax and Fowler and at Brunswick PR, and when she is not casting her expert eye over masterpieces or the work of up-and-coming artists, she enjoys interviewing fashion designers, Michelin-starred chefs and rock stars.

Maurice Mullen

Although a barrister by training, Maurice’s media career of almost forty years began at Haymarket publishing in 1986 prior to a move into consumer press with the UK launch of Marie Claire under the celebrated Editorship of Glenda Bailey. Seven years at the Evening Standard followed (1989 – 1996) before he joined Emap Élan working on Elle, Elle Decoration and New Woman magazines. Three years later he was headhunted back to the Standard to take up his current role as Head of Fashion & Luxury Goods in the UK and across key international markets.

Additionally he sits on the advisory board of the British Fashion Council and holds a visiting fellowship at the London College of Fashion as well as an Industry Trustee position at the Graduate Fashion Foundation. Francesca Fearon

Francesca Fearon is a former journalist at the South China Morning Post and now, based in London, she is a long-time contributor to the newspaper. As a freelance journalist specialising on fashion, jewellery and watches she wrote the fashion pages for the Glasgow Herald and been featured in The AustralianHarper’s Bazaar Australia and Image in Ireland amongst other titles.She is a regular contributor to The Financial Times Watches & Jewellery special reports; titles in the Middle East including The National and Luxury magazine and Condé Nast Traveller Middle East and on jewellery alone for Something About RocksThe Jewellery Editor and American jewellery business title Rapaport. Francesca also co-wrote and edited the book on Taiwanese art jeweller Cindy Chao.
