Dubai doesn’t do things by halves, and Sirene by GAIA is no exception. Positioned along the exclusive J1 Beach and already drawing thousands each week, this record-breaking 9,000sqm beach club redefines Mediterranean luxury with signature Dubai flair.
From the moment you pull into the valet driveway – greeted by floral installations and a serene water fountain – Sirene whispers sophistication. The boutique-adorned lobby opens into a vast, stylish space: vines and blooms trail along whitewashed walls, sun-bleached wood accents echo the Greek islands, and the open-air layout invites a gentle breeze. With a soft fanning system diffusing the warm Gulf air, it’s both effortlessly chic and utterly comfortable.

The sophisticated lobby at Sirene by Gaia leads into a Mediterranean-inspired vast open space.
The restaurant itself flows onto a beachfront patio where live music – a trio of singer, drummer, and DJ – sets a mellow yet upbeat tone. Inside, there’s an elegant buffet installation, but table service is where the experience shines. Waiters in crisp white and navy uniforms float through the space with relaxed precision, serving up a culinary masterclass.
We began with cocktails – Odyssia and Persephone – both masterfully balanced and unlike anything we’ve tasted, even in Dubai’s polished bar scene. Starters were layered, complex, and grounded in silky olive oil; mains and a bottle of crisp white wine followed, equally refined. Dessert, as if prepared by the gods. This is Mediterranean dining at its most ambitious, but without pretention.

Some of the delicacies at Sirene: GAIA’s signature seabream carpaccio, orzo seafood and chocolate mousse.
Sirene by GAIA in Dubai attracts luxury seekers, socialites and in general, upscale and sophisticated individuals living in Dubai as well as international visitors. The atmosphere remains welcoming so it is not unusual to see families with children dotting the scene. Wid spacing between tables ensures a breezy sense of privacy. We didn’t make it to the sunbeds or infinity pool this time, but the venue’s open access to the beach promises future lounging.
In just a few months since opening its doors, Sirene by GAIA has become one of the hottest – if not the hottest – destination in Jumeirah. But what is attracting so many people to the world’s largest beach club is not its size, it is its soul: a rare harmony of design, dining, and destination that raises the bar for what a beach club can be.
