BLUEBIRD CHELSEA COOKERY SCHOOL  

Cooking together is one of those simple pleasures that brings people closer, which is exactly what makes Bluebird Chelsea’s cookery school such a lovely Mother’s Day idea. Led by Executive Chef Owen Sullivan on the King’s Road, the intimate masterclass – which starts with a welcome glass of champagne at the bar –teaches guests to recreate Bluebird favourites such as its signature duck salad, while picking up smart professional techniques to take home. A thoughtful experience that promises to be a lot of fun too.  

The Bluebird Cookery School gives the opportunity to step directly into one of London’s most iconic professional kitchens for a hands-on masterclass led by Executive Chef Owen Sullivan, who who has an impressive 10-year history with the Gordon Ramsay Group and served as a private chef for the Beckham family.

AFTERNOON TEA AT LE MEURICE, PARIS  

Surprise your mum with an unexpected trip to Paris at one of Paris’ grandest palace hotels, in a very unique restaurant, Le Dalí. The decor is a world-renowned example of surrealist interior design. It was reimagined by Philippe Starck and his daughter, artist Ara Starck, to pay homage to the hotel’s most famous regular guest, Salvador Dalí, who stayed there for 30 years.
